Game availability
Kiro’s River is in development and is not yet publicly released. This website notice covers browsing, tester registration and support. The game-specific disclosures will be finalized for the distributed build before testing opens, including online leaderboard and purchase processing.
Optional playtest registration
The invitation list on testers.kirosriver.com is separate from the game and is for adults aged 18 or older and parents using their own details. With your consent, we store your Google Play email, optional phone model, registration time and consent version to organize invitations and feedback. Selected testers’ email addresses are entered into Google Play’s tester-access list. Registering on this website does not automatically enroll you in the Play test. We do not sell this list or use it for advertising.
Website hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts the website and its registration database. Visiting the website sends technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to the hosting provider. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit abusive registration requests. Those rate-limit entries expire after ten minutes and are cleared on a subsequent signup request. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to the website. Hosting infrastructure may process security and operational logs under the provider’s policies.
Support and feedback
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use these to respond and investigate issues. Support email is handled through Cloudflare and the publisher’s Google mailbox. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal details.
Retention and deletion
We delete active invitation-list records within 90 days after the closed test ends, or earlier when you request removal. Your private removal link deletes your active website registration immediately. If it is lost, email support from the registered address. Withdrawal from the Google Play test is a separate action; contact us to remove your address from our tester-access list and retained exports. Routine support correspondence is deleted within 12 months after resolution, except information required for legal obligations. Provider backup and technical-log retention follows the applicable service arrangements; deleting an active record does not necessarily erase existing provider backups immediately. Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage. Device backups are managed separately in your platform settings.
Teens and parents
Kiro’s River is intended for ages 13 and older, not children under 13. The website’s recruitment form is adult-only; parents should use their own email when arranging testing for a teenager. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Your choices
You may withdraw invitation-list consent and request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@kirosriver.com. We may verify requests through the email address concerned. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability and complaint to a data protection authority. We use consent for optional recruitment, and our legitimate interests in providing support and protecting the website for related processing, subject to applicable law. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change, including before enabling purchases or online game services that introduce additional data processing. The date below identifies this version.
