Who we are and what these terms cover
Kiro’s River is developed and published by Hamza Lhioui. These terms describe use of the game, kirosriver.com and testers.kirosriver.com. Contact support@kirosriver.com with questions, complaints or requests for help. Store purchases also have the terms presented by the store at checkout. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Availability and compatibility
Game availability may vary by platform and region. Check the store listing for supported devices and operating systems. The content, price and platform restrictions of a paid river pack are shown before you purchase.
Age and permission
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, involve your parent or guardian where their permission is required, including for purchases. The tester registration form is for adults aged 18 or older; parents may use their own details to arrange testing for a teenager.
Playing and sharing
When we make the game available to you, you may install and play an authorized copy for your personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable store license. The game’s artwork, code and other content remain the property of their respective owners. You may share screenshots and recordings of your own gameplay, including reviews, provided you do not misrepresent yourself as the publisher or redistribute the game or its extracted assets. This does not restrict uses permitted by law or licenses that accompany third-party materials.
Closed testing
Joining the invitation list does not guarantee an invitation or enroll you in Google Play testing. Testing is voluntary and you may stop at any time. Test builds may contain bugs, change or become unavailable when a test ends. We will identify any planned resets; do not rely on test scores or test entitlements carrying into release. We welcome feedback and may use suggestions to improve the game without an obligation to implement or pay for them. You retain ownership of original material you submit. Do not send confidential information.
Accounts, progress and leaderboards
Online features require an internet connection and may depend on an authentication provider. Protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Local progress is stored on your device; do not assume it is backed up or synced between devices unless the game expressly confirms this. Your leaderboard display name and submitted scores may be visible to other players. Choose a name that does not disclose personal information. Report account or recovery problems to support.
River packs and payments
A river pack is a one-time, non-consumable purchase unlocking the river described at checkout on the purchasing platform. It is not a subscription. Android purchases do not automatically transfer to iOS, or vice versa. The store displays the price, currency and applicable taxes and handles payment. No purchase is required to join the website invitation list. Licensed purchase testers should use the designated test payment methods; if a checkout asks for real payment instead, cancel and contact support.
Refunds and purchase help
For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s refund process or contact support for assistance. Include an order reference if needed, but never send card details, passwords or authentication tokens. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the store’s rules; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or waive statutory rights. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, access granted by that purchase may be removed, without affecting separate valid purchases.
Fair play and service protection
Do not use the online services to harass others, impersonate someone, submit abusive names, manipulate rankings or payments, exploit other players’ accounts, or disrupt the service. Security research and other uses protected by law are not prohibited by this clause. We may correct invalid scores or restrict abusive online activity proportionately. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Restrictions do not remove your statutory rights.
Updates and service changes
We may provide fixes, updates and changes to improve the game or protect its services. We will communicate material changes that affect purchased content or these terms and provide notice or remedies where required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted online service, but nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that the law requires us to provide.

These terms do not require arbitration or take away access to courts or consumer-protection authorities available under applicable law.
